Hermès, is a French luxury design houseestablished in 1837, specialising in leather goods, lifestyle accessories, home furnishings, perfumery, jewellery, watches and ready-to-wear. We work with them on a range of marketing execution projects in Australia the central piece of which is a sophisticated product brochure, customer envelope and invitations to engage prospective and existing customers. Over 5,000 customer records were provided to us by Hermes, where each would receive a collateral bundle in the mail with personalised design elements, including, name, salutation, and
message.Due to the nature of the customer data, strict privacy requirements including encryption and automatic file destruction within four (4) days was implemented internally and for our suppliers, including the electronic execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to file transfer. Every aspect of the colour, paper and finishing was meticulously controlled with quality and press checks running intermittently throughout the production cycle to ensure that all aspects of the finished product was in accordance with brand guidelines and output was the same as the collateral distributed in France and Singapore.
Our seamless procurement to delivery approach with a single point of contact and integrated supply chain overcame the geographical challenges around timings and reduced freight cost while
maintaining quality control across the various products. This tightly controlled procurement strategy honed into localized suppliers bound by a single quality control mechanism to ensure the same products were produced and ready for the sydney launch.
